You need to have the Windows 95 OS on your machine and be able to follow these simple instructions.
Unzip the contents of the file into C:\Windows\System\ and open the control panel. Now select 'Display' and click 'Screen Savers', pull down the list and selcet 'Bond Screen saver'.
